Who we are

Cascovia is the controller for information collected on this marketing site. For client platform data, we typically act as a processor or service provider on behalf of the organization that engaged us. The client remains responsible for how customer and operational data is collected in the first instance.

Information we collect

On the public site we may receive the name, email, company, and message you submit through the contact form, plus technical data such as browser type, device, and pages viewed. We do not require an account to read this site.

In a client platform we process the information an organization loads to run the work: case details, onboarding and decision status, open items, documents, and the minimum customer context needed to support questions. We do not sell that information.

How we use it

We use site inquiries to respond to prospective clients and to understand which pages help people decide to talk with us. We use platform data to operate onboarding, risk, lending, insurance workflows, reporting, and partner coordination for that client. We use necessary cookies to remember a cookie choice on this site. Optional cookie categories, if you enable them in the preference panel, would be used only for those stated purposes; this site does not currently attach extra trackers to those buttons.

Sharing

We share information with vendors that host email, the website, and the platform, and with carriers, banks, lenders, or other partners when a client asks us to coordinate with them. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

Inquiry email is kept as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records. Platform data follows the client agreement and is returned or deleted when that relationship ends, except where we must keep a copy for legal or security reasons.

Your choices

You can decline optional cookies in the preference panel. You can ask us to update or delete an inquiry you sent. People should usually start with their organization for platform records, because Cascovia processes that data for the client. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to appeal a decision. Use the contact form.

Children

This site and the platform are for business operations, not for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children on the public site.

International transfers

Cascovia may process information in the United States. If we transfer personal information from another country, we use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
